In an article published last week, the Raleigh News & Observer reported that Durham’s The Know book store would be closing, at least temporarily. Earlier this year, I visited The Know for the first time, and wrote about it as the first of a series of articles I am working on about Triangle book stores. While I wasn’t impressed with The Know, I hope Mr. Bridges finds a new location, and gets off to a good start. Durham and the Triangle need quality book stores, and I’m hoping that a fresh start will serve The Know well. Good luck, Bruce!
